These terms govern your use of Zap. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Zap on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple App Store Terms.

2. What Zap does

Zap controls Google TV, Android TV and compatible smart TVs over your local network. It needs a compatible TV on the same Wi-Fi. We can’t guarantee every TV works or that a manufacturer won’t change its TV.

3. Free version & ads

Zap is free and ad-supported (see the Privacy Policy). You can remove ads any time with Premium.

4. Premium & payments

Premium is a Yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account; refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Zap is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them.
